Healthy Hearing Makes a Difference

“Studies show that hearing loss can affect many aspects of life. Recently a longitudinal study was published linking hearing loss to dementia. It is my goal to make sure that patients and their families are informed and making the best decision possible for their hearing treatment plan. We need to emphasize the importance of healthy hearing and healthy brains. As Helen Keller said ‘Blindness separates people from things; deafness separates people from people,’ and I want to make sure that each patient stays connected to the people that matter in their lives.”
