My three guiding principles are education, ethics, and high standards. It is my job to help patients achieve the best hearing possible, which is a therapeutic treatment process, and not a single event. By being honest with my patients, I give them sound advice that can be backed by research. Hearing treatment technology changes rapidly, and our patients are amazed by the advancements in features, performance, and sound quality.
I keep everything running smoothly across our network of offices. In every decision, I prioritize customer care. I oversee the processing of insurance claims, accounting and billing, and human resources. I also coordinate with leadership, front office staff, and the audiologists to ensure that Total Hearing Care is prepared to meet and exceed patient expectations.
